Welcome, I’m Manesh Mohan, a passionate yoga instructor from Kerala love helping people to find physical, mental and emotional happiness and well-being.

I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20 years. I’m my findings, perfect health means seamless balance of physical body, mental body and energy body. My training is a combination of Asanas, pranayama, kriya and meditation. The classic and professional training both via online/offline with us transform the practitioner to a higher level of inner peace and health.

I believe yoga is for everyone irrespective of age and fitness level.
